About me

I’m Malinda, a strategic product designer with over 20 years of experience in Fintech, B2B, and Logistics. Most recently, I spent 6.5 years at Amazon, where I led the design of ground-up solutions for Amazon Business and Last Mile Delivery.

My career has been defined by a simple goal: bringing calm and confidence to chaotic environments. Whether I’m designing a logistics platform or a financial tool, I thrive on being the "steady hand"—the person teams rely on to navigate ambiguity and deliver systems that genuinely help people.
When I’m not solving problems on a whiteboard, I’m usually outside solving them on a paddleboard. I’m an avid hiker, a traveler, and a dedicated dog parent to two rescues. (I also previously served on the board of a local dog rescue, so "human-centered" extends to "canine-centered" in my book!)
